The East European University participated as a co-organizer in the Georgian Education Fair, a prestigious event supported by the Embassy of Georgia, held in three major Indian cities: Mumbai, Bangalore, and Chennai. The fair showcased the offerings of 11 Georgian universities, and East European University played a significant role in its success.
The primary objective of the education fair was to promote Georgia as a thriving educational hub and to provide a platform for aspiring students to explore the programs and opportunities offered by various higher educational institutions in the country.
In representing the East European University, the Vice Rector for International and Administrative Affairs, Tea Imedadze, alongside the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Business and Engineering, Tamta Lekishvili, the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Healthcare Sciences, Elene Zurabishvili, and the Coordinator of the same faculty, Giorgi Tatanashvili, participated in the fair.
The fair attracted a diverse range of attendees, including individuals interested in pursuing their studies in Georgia, representatives from local universities, and recruitment agencies from India and other Asian countries. The EEU representatives successfully introduced the university’s educational programs, advantages, and offerings to the visitors. They engaged in numerous meetings with interested individuals and various local organizations, fostering fruitful connections and collaborations.
It is worth highlighting that this marked the second exhibition of Georgian education in India, and it was met with tremendous enthusiasm and interest from the attendees.
The East European University extends its heartfelt gratitude to the Embassy of Georgia, particularly Ambassador H.E. Archil Dzuliashvili, for their exceptional organization and unwavering support in making the education fair a resounding success.
