East European University provides comprehensive career development support for students and graduates through the Lifelong Learning and Student Support Center. The university supports students in developing employability skills, preparing for recruitment processes, and successfully transitioning from academic studies to the labour market.

Students have access to individual career advising sessions, where professional advisors provide personalized guidance on career planning, job search strategies, and professional development.

During one-to-one advising sessions, students receive support with:

• career planning and professional development

• CV/resume and cover letter preparation

• LinkedIn profile development

• interview preparation and recruitment procedures

• job search strategies and internship opportunities

• preparation of professional and video resumes

These consultations allow students to receive tailored feedback on their application materials and better understand employer expectations.

As part of the university’s career development initiatives, students participate in mock interviews and simulated recruitment processes. These activities allow students to practice interview techniques, improve communication skills, and gain practical insights into employer expectations.

The university also implements the “Students for Students” career development initiative, where master’s students from the Human Resource Management program share their professional knowledge and support undergraduate students in preparing for recruitment processes.

East European University regularly organizes employer engagement events, forums, and professional development activities that bring together students and representatives of companies, organizations, and HR professionals.

These events provide students with opportunities to learn about recruitment practices, career opportunities, and internship programs, as well as to interact directly with employers and industry professionals.

Students are also supported through the university’s academic management system EEU-EL, where a dedicated functionality allows students to generate and print standardized CVs directly from their personal profiles.

This system helps students prepare professional application documents efficiently and supports their participation in internship and employment opportunities.

In addition, the official EEU website integrates an HR employment portal, which includes HR job boards and regularly updated job vacancy announcements categorized according to students’ academic fields and interests, providing students with direct access to employment opportunities.
