On October 23, a training session was held for students of the Master’s program in Educational Research and Administration at East European University (EEU), organized by the EEU Library and Faculty of Education Sciences. The purpose of the session was to inform students about library resources and services at EEU.
The event was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Education Sciences, Associate Professor Ketevan Aptarashvili, and the training was led by the Head of EEU Library, Gvantsa Kobakhidze.
During the training, students were introduced to:
- Techniques for using international scientific databases;
- Procedures for finding and reserving resources in the library’s electronic catalog;
- EEU library usage rules and various library support services.
The second part of the session included a practical component, allowing students to apply the information gained about library resources. Participants explored EEU’s library resources and book collections, both digital and printed.
The training was conducted in a hybrid format for students who were unable to attend in person.
