East European University (EEU) and the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń (NCU) signed a memorandum of cooperation. The memorandum was signed by the Rector of the Eastern European University, Mr. Davit Cherkezishvili, and the Rector of the University of Copernicus, Mr. Andrzej Sokala.
The memorandum envisages strengthening cooperation between universities in research and teaching directions. Under the memorandum, the parties will have the opportunity to conduct joint scientific research activities, share knowledge and academic experience, plan educational activities and facilitate the mobility of academic staff and students.
NCU is one of the largest universities in Poland, with 16 faculties, graduate and postgraduate courses for almost 21 500 students, offering education in over 100 fields of study and 55 postgraduate courses. The number of university graduates is about 200,000 alumni.
