The governing bodies of the Student Government of East European University (EEU) are:
- The General Assembly of the Student Government;
- The Executive Officers of the Student Government – President and Vice President.
The General Assembly of the Student Government is the representative and highest decision-making body, while the President and Vice President implement the decisions made by the Student Government.
