Louise Dalingwater – EEU Professor,  is full professor at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, Sorbonne Université. She is currently director of the research centre HDEA. She is Chair of the Health, Wellness and Society research network based in Illinois, United States.

• Education Sciences – the first English doctoral program in Georgia, supported by the University of Middlesex (UK);
• Program Implementing Staff – Academic and invited staff from UK and leading European countries (France, Italy, Spain, Cyprus, Austria, etc.);
• The program considers the results of local and international labor market research, the experience of British and several foreign universities for doctoral studies. Including doctoral programs in education at Harvard University and A&M University in Texas;
• The structure of the program allows the doctoral student to choose pre-school, general (school) or higher education within the elective modules;
• Program students are provided with access to the Middlesex University’s Department of Education and Teaching materials, students have the opportunity to take any module or conduct research at the Middlesex University Department of Education.
• Public lectures by international experts, Seasonal schools on modern education trends and topical issues; Seminars and special courses with the financial support of the university.

• Admission to the PhD program of Education Sciences requires the applicant to hold a Masters Degree or an equivalent academic degree.
• Candidates for the doctoral program must have publication in the relevant field and/or participation in scientific-research projects and Activites and/or at least 2 years of work experience in the relevant field, demonstrating the candidate’s research skills.
• Candidates for the doctoral program will be enrolled on the basis of university internal examinations;
• University internal examinations include English language testing and interview with a field commission.
• International Certificate of English C1 (TOEFL, IELTS, CAE, CERTUS) level proficiency exempts the candidate from the English language testing. Candidates who have completed a master’s or doctoral degree in English in the last 2 years are also exempted from the English language test.
