ERASMUS+ EXCHANGE PROGRAM FOR THE STUDENTS OF THE EAST EUROPEAN UNIVERSITY AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NICOSIA

The East European University (EEU) is proud to announce the Erasmus + Scholarship Exchange Program Competition for the EEU students for the spring semester of the academic year 2022-2023 at the University of Nicosia.

The exchange program is announced as an Erasmus + program funded by the European Commission within the framework of International Credit Mobility (ICM), based on the partnership agreement between the EEU and the University of Nicosia.

The University of Nicosia is one of the best universities in Cyprus, published in 1980 and located in Nicosia, the capital city of Cyprus. The university consists of 7 faculties and has more than 12 000 students.

The East European University provides a unique opportunity for its students of the Business and Engineering faculty in the direction of business administration and education sciences to spend a fully funded semester of the academic year in Cyprus, to gain the appropriate knowledge and share unforgettable and international experiences.

Erasmus + scholarship fully covers both tuition and travel expenses!  The educational maintenance allowance is provided within the scope of the program! The monthly stipend for students is set to 850 Euros, with travel expenses in the amount of 275 Euros.

Scholarship students will be selected through an open competition.

Deadlines for submission of documents: 13/10/2022 – 20/10/2022

The competition is open to students with active status in the following EEU educational programs from the second year of study who speak English at least B2 level
The selection process will be carried out in three stages:
A candidate who represents the below information will be free from the exam in English:
Application Documents:
The competition is open to students with active status in the following EEU educational programs from the second year of study who speak English at least B2 level
  • Business Administration undergraduate, graduate and doctoral programs;
  • Human Resources Management graduate program;
  • Agrobusiness Management graduate program;
  • Educational Research and Administration graduate program.
The selection process will be carried out in three stages:
  • Check the documentation;
  • Exam in English (21/10/2022);
  • Interview (24/10/2022).
A candidate who represents the below information will be free from the exam in English:
  • Certificate of English language proficiency obtained in the last 2 years: (TOEFL, IELTS, or CAMBRIDGE);
  • Certificate of study at the university abroad for at least 1 semester (where the language of instruction was English).
Application Documents:
    • Application Form (enclosed);
    • Statement;
    • Motivation letter;
    • Copy of passport (in the absence of a passport, or ID card);
    • CV (European format in English);
    • Certificate of student status;
    • Extract current grade marks with reference to GPA;
    • Proof of English language proficiency (minimum B2 level) (if any);
    • Letter of recommendation.

Students who would like to participate in the competition must submit the following documents to the University from October 13 to October 20 of the current year at the International Relations Office of EEU (Room 102) from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., or at the e-mail address: international@eeu.edu.ge
