Call for papers for Student Scientific-Practical HR Conference for Forward-Thinking Talents

The multidisciplinary challenges of HR in the age of artificial intelligence

In Georgia, May 15 is Human Resources Day!

East European University (EEU) together with HR Professionals’ Guild (HRPG) is organizing a student conference in conjunction with Human Capital Day in Georgia on May 15, 2024. The conference will center around the topic: „The multidisciplinary challenges of HR in the age of artificial intelligence.“

The conference aims to encourage students’ active participation in scientific activities and foster the generation of innovative ideas.

Participants have the chance to delve into and discuss challenges and opportunities associated with human resource management in an innovative and creative manner; To investigate and present their innovative solutions to society concerning the present and future challenges, opportunities, and perspectives of human resource management.

The conference is open to master’s and doctoral students from higher educational institutions in Georgia.

The conference encompasses the following areas:

  • Human resources management
  • Business
  • Psychology
  • Law

The conference is oriented around the following topics:

  • Strategic contribution, role, and significance of human resources in the success of the organization and the development of the country;
  • Impact and consequences of globalization and rapid development of technologies on human resource management processes;
  • Multidisciplinary and multicultural aspects in the field of human resource management as a challenge and an opportunity;

Conference working languages: Georgian, English

Presentation length: 15 min, Q &A 5 min.

Meeting Format: face to face (EEU premises, Big conference hall)

Note: Remote participation is available only for students from regional universities and those currently participating in exchange programs abroad.

To take part in the conference, you need to:

  • Registration link; Must submit Abstract (A4 paper format, max 300 words)
  • PPP (max 8-10 slides)
Important dates:
  • Registration deadline – April 19, 2024;
  • Notification of selected authors – April 30, 2024;
  • Sending the PPP presentation to the following address: conference@eeu.edu.ge – May 8, 2024 (indicating the name of the conference in the subject line);
  • Conference implementation period – May 15, 2024.

  • Nino Beruashvili – managing partner of Maindor, program development manager of the International School of Jungian Coaching, guest lecturer of the University of Georgia, the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA) and Ilia State University.
  • Nino Gonashvili – Regional HR Manager of the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), Guest lecturer of the University of Georgia.
