International Security and Development Master’s Program Scholarship at Jagiellonian University

East European University partner Jagiellonian University with the Center for International Research and Development announces admissions for the International Security and Development Master (ISAD).

This two-year program provides practical and theoretical knowledge of those areas thanks to input from Polish and international scholars. Academic courses are taught in English, with students also learning a second foreign language of their choice.

Graduates of ISAD should be ready to work in a variety of public and private institutions and organizations, both national and international, including governmental and international bodies dealing with development and security issues, as well as non-governmental organizations. In addition, they have a good command of both English and a second language (at the B2 level).

Candidates are placed on the ranking list in the order established based on the final result, calculated as follows:

The application fee is 20 EUR;
The tuition fee for the program is 4000 EUR per annum (8000 EUR for the full two-year program).

Financial Aid - ISAD Scholarship:

Throughout the whole two-year program ISAD has a dedicated scholarship for the three best candidates in the first year of studies and the three best students in the second year of their studies:

1st place: 1500 EUR,

2nd place: 1000 EUR,

3rd place: 500 EUR.

Studies can be undertaken by people who hold higher education (e.g. Licencjat) awarded in any field;

Candidates are placed on the ranking list in the order established based on the final result, calculated as follows:

assessment of the motivation letter was written in English (preliminary thesis project will also be assessed as part of the motivation letter) – maximum of 50 points;
points awarded for reference letters – maximum of 50 points.

to confirm the application, an applicant must pay the application fee.
