A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the East European University and the Kyrgiz State Medical Academy. The Rector of the East European University, Dr. Kakhaber Lazarashvili, and the Rector of the The Kyrgiz State Medical Academy, Prof. Indira Kudaibergenova signed the agreement.
The memorandum aims at enhancing cooperation in areas such as science, technology and education, which will facilitate the sharing of knowledge, experience, innovative products and services. Within the framework of the memorandum, the development of various joint projects and joint research is planned, as well as the exchange of study materials, scientific and research literature etc. Staff and students will have the opportunity to engage in exchange programs, rise their awareness and gain an unforgettable experience.
Kyrgiz State Medical Academy was founded in 1939. Currently, KSMA has medical, pediatric, dental faculties, faculty of training of foreign citizens and Institutes of pharmacy, Higher nursing education, Management and public health, Medical school.
