East European University is pleased to announce a new collaboration in the frame of the Education Sciences Doctoral Program, with Professor Dennis Hawkes, who has extensive experience in the field of Education. Prof. Hawkes holds a BA in Economics from UCL, an MA in Economics from the University of Oxford, and a Ph.D. in Economics from the Queen Mary University of London.
As Head of the School of Economics, Finance, and Law, Denise oversees teaching, research, and enterprise activities at the School in the areas of Economics, International Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Law.
Her research focuses on higher education transitions, equity, women and graduate labor market experiences, diversity and inclusion in higher education, and the value of doctoral education. Citations of her works according to Google Scholar count more than 2000.
