Alexandre Iashvili has extensive professional experience in the field of criminal justice. Since 2016, he has served as a Judge of the Criminal Chamber of the Tbilisi City Court. In previous years, he worked as a Judicial Assistant at the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court of Georgia, where he was involved in reviewing criminal case judgments, with particular focus on their structure, legal reasoning, substantiation, and textual coherence.

Judge Iashvili is actively engaged in academic and research activities. He has participated as a speaker and attendee in numerous conferences, seminars, workshops, and training programs and is the author of five scholarly publications. He has undertaken study visits to Ireland, the United States, and France.
