 Dr. Zviad Rogava is the Vice-Rector of the East European University, Chair of Representative Council, the Head of Master’s Degree Program in Law, an expert on accreditation of higher education programs at the Center for Education Quality Enhancement, and a member of the “Union of Law Scientists”. He has many years of professional and teaching experience, including extensive experience as an expert. He held senior positions in governmental and educational institutions. He conducts training courses in tax law for public servants at the High School of Justice and the Training Center for Justice. He is an expert in tax law.

Dr. Zviad Rogava has extensive scientific-research experience. He is the author of Commentary on Georgian Tax Code (Textbooks 1 & 2) and numerous other textbooks, academic papers, and publications and has participated in scientific conferences, seminars, and workshops. He is a member of the editorial board of the Collection of Scientific Papers – the scientific journal of the East European University.
