Dr. Eliko Tsiklauri-Lamikhi is the Head and Coordinator of the Post-Soviet Countries Division at the Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Criminal Law. She has many years of professional and research experience in international and national organizations. She is the curator of the Georgian office of publishing house of international law “Bergmann ferid internationales ehe und kindschaftsrecht” (Germany). At the same time, she is a member of the German, European and World Association of Criminology and the founder and board member of the international organization ” Women Lawyers without Frontiers”( AOG), founder and chairman of the Foreign Women’s Party “SISTER”.
Dr. Eliko Tsiklauri-Lamikhi has published about 40 scientific papers. She is a speaker and moderator of over 25 local and international conferences, seminars, workshops. She has received numerous honorary diplomas and awards, including the best female scientist of 2019 in Georgia, is an honorary doctor of several universities.
