Dr. Grigol Julukhidze is an analyst of the Visegrad Group of States in the Parliament of the Republic of Poland, his field of research is the political systems of the Visegrad States and Russian propaganda. He has been engaged in professional and pedagogical activities for years. He is the director and founder of the analytical center “Foreign Policy Council”. Over the years he has worked in various public, research and international organizations across the EU. At various times he studied, at the University of Silesia (Poland), Roma Tre University (Rome, Italy) and Pázmány Péter Catholic University (Budapest, Hungary). He holds a Certificate in Conflict Analysis, Policy Research, and Advocacy from the University of California (Irvine, USA).
Dr. Grigol Julukhidze is actively involved in scientific-research activities. He was a visiting scholar at the Slovak Foreign Policy Association and the Institute of International Relations of the University of Szczecin. He has published 5 scientific papers. He is the manager of a numerous international projects and participant and speaker at international conferences, workshops, seminars.
