Dr. Londa Toloraia has served as State Inspector since 2019. She has been engaged in professional and pedagogical activities for years. In previous years she was the Director of the Department of Human Rights Protection and Quality Monitoring of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Dr. Londa Toloraia is actively involved in scientific-research activities. She has published a handbook on Investigation Methodology, “Detailed Description of Criminal Procedure and Investigative Actions.” She has participated in numerous international and local conferences, workshops and seminars, successfully passed the Judge Qualification Exam in 2013, specializing in criminal law. She is a certified lawyer.
