Mr. Bakar Matsaberidze is a doctoral student at the Faculty of Law at Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. Since 2017 he has experience in pedagogical and professional activities. He is the co-founder of the Civic Education Center and the head of the Center for the Study of Genocide, Holocaust and Armed Conflict, established by the Civic Education Center.

Mr. Bakar Matsaberidze is actively engaged in pedagogical and scientific-research activities. He is a participant and speaker at international and local conferences, author of numerous projects, trainings and public lectures.
