Dr. Davit Sikharulidze is the Head of the Scientific Research and Development Department of East European University, an expert of accreditation and authorization of higher education programs at the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement. He has been actively involved in pedagogical and professional activities for many years. He is an invited expert in the field of economics of the Parliament of Georgia, an economics expert of the international organization “International Alert”. At various times, he has been studying at the University of Kansas (USA), Metropolitan State University (USA), University of Tartu (Estonia).

. Davit Sikharulidze has been actively engaged in scientific research activities for years. He is the author and co-author of 4 monographs and 4 textbooks, author of more than 20 international and local scientific publications, speaker of up to 20 international and local conferences, participant of numerous scientific workshops, seminars, invited expert / evaluator in various international and local grant scientific projects, participant of up to 30 international professional development events, participant and researcher of various international and local scientific grant projects.
