On June 28, 2025, the Faculty of Business and Engineering of East European University (EEU) hosted an on-campus public lecture titled “The Formula for a Successful Business”, organized in partnership with Tegeta Motors, one of the leading companies in the automotive and mobility sector in Georgia.
The lecture was delivered by Vakhtang Ghuladze, Chief Product Officer of Tegeta Motors, who presented the company’s development journey, business model, and strategic approaches that have contributed to its success in a competitive market. During the presentation, the speaker discussed the challenges and opportunities faced by modern businesses, as well as the evolution of successful companies and the importance of innovation, customer-oriented strategies, and effective leadership.
The event provided EEU students with the opportunity to learn directly from an industry leader about career pathways, professional competencies, and employment opportunities within the company and the broader business sector. The session was conducted in an interactive format, allowing students to engage in discussion and ask questions related to business development, entrepreneurship, and industry practices.
As part of the collaboration between Tegeta Motors and East European University, the company also announced a dedicated internship opportunity for EEU students and graduates. The internship program was designed to support students’ professional development and provide practical experience in a leading Georgian company.
The internship opportunity was offered to second-, third-, and fourth-year students of the Bachelor’s program in Business Administration at the Faculty of Business and Engineering.

The selection process consisted of two stages:

Academic performance (GPA): Applicants were required to have a minimum GPA of 3.5 from the previous semester.

Academic engagement: Additional consideration was given to students who had participated in local or international academic conferences.
The lecture and internship announcement strengthened the partnership between Tegeta Motors and East European University, while also creating new career development and employment opportunities for EEU students and graduates.
