Dr. Zaza Shatirishvili has many years of pedagogical and professional experience. He worked in various higher education institutions and scientific institutes in Tbilisi. In 2008-2009 he worked as a guest scientist at the University of Chicago (USA). In different years he was invited as a researcher on a Fulbright Scholarship to the University of Chicago and the University of California (Berkeley)

Dr. Zaza Shatirishvili is actively engaged in scientific-research activities. He is the author of several books and various articles on cultural theory and history, literature theory and history, as well as author of numerous international scientific papers, author and participant of local and international scientific conferences and seminars. He is the author and participant of different research, educational and cognitive projects.
