Dear Colleagues, we are pleased to invite you for the participation in the conference!
In 7-8 November 2013, the Zonal Institute for Qualification Awareness of the Teachers of Kutaisi will host the international scientific-methodical conference on the topic: “High Intellectual Technologies of the Education and Science”.
There will be discussed issues regarding the following scientific areas:
1. Principles of Inclusive Education
2. The realization of the priority areas in science, engineering and technology in the technical education
3. Information Technologies of Education
4. The technologies of Humanitarian and socio-economic disciplines
5. The achievements in Mathematics and natural sciences and the technologies of education
6. Technologies of the general and and special preparation
7. Educational technologies for complex security
Conference venue – the Zonal Institute for Qualification Awareness of the Teachers of Kutaisi, Kutaisi, Rodzevichi Str. № 2
Conference date – 10-11 October 2013, start at 11:00 h;
Working languages - Georgian, English, Russian.
For participation in the conference applicant should present the following documents till 15 July 2013:
- Registration Card (attached form)
- Hard copy and an electronic version of the article
- Bill of Payment of 50 GEL for the organizational costs (cost includes review of the paper, printing and lunch. Each co-author should pay 50 GEL as well0).
The payment should be deposited in a bank account: JSC “Private” / Bank Code : CAVOGE22 / s. K. 212706231 / Ltd. “The Zonal Institute for Qualification Awareness of the Teachers of Kutaisi” / Bank account : GE90TP0036080020001282 ( GEL) .
The receipt of payment should include: 1. “For the Conference of The Zonal Institute for Qualification Awareness of the Teachers of Kutaisi” 2. The name and surname of the participant
Formal requirement of the Article:
- The article should be submitted in A4 format in MS Word;
- Area : top – 20 mm, bottom – 25 mm, left – 30 mm, right 20 mm;
- The font: for Georgian text: Acadnusx; for Russian and English text: Times New Roman. Line spacing – 1;
- The formulas should be provided in the text editor – Equation;
- Drawings and illustrations inserted in the text should be in JPEG or BMP format;
- The title of the Article should be printed on the first line (14 Pt, Bold);
- String brand – Author(s) surname and initials (13 Pt, Bold);
- On the next line there should be provided a full name of the organization (12 Pt, Bold, in case of providing various organizations, there should be used mark *);
- String Skipped – A brief annotation of the article (10 Pt italic type, no more than 500 characters);
- Line spacing – 2; the content of the Article (12Pt);
- Line spacing – 2, list of references (10 Pt);
- Line spacing – 2, summary in English (10 Pt, no more than 1,000 characters);
- Article – no more than 5 pages;
- Articles submitted by the same author – no more than 2;
- The electronic version of the Article should be submitted on CD (CD-ROM), the file must contain first author’s last name and section number ( e.g. Mamaladze.3);
- Copy of payment receipt and the electronic version of the article may be also sent by e-mail address: teacher.qualification@gmail.com
Papers read at the conference will be published , transferred and delivered to the National Library ,the libraries of the higher educational and research institutions.
The Articles will be sent to the anonym expert for the retention. Negative retention sent to the author.

The articles will not be published in case of being presented without implementing formal requirement mentioned above, or be unacceptable for the thematic of the conference, or will be presented without the payment bill.
