Zurab Chkonia (Associate Professor)    

Zurab Chkonia is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences at East European University and currently serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the international scientific journal *Herald of Law*.

Zurab Chkonia possesses extensive professional and pedagogical expertise. He is a consultant for the Spatial and Urban Development Agency within Georgia’s Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development. His prior experience includes serving as the Head of the Legal Assurance Department at the State Material Reserves Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In addition to these roles, he has worked as a lawyer and as the Head of a private law office. He has also been actively involved in teaching at various higher education institutions.

Zurab Chkonia has participated in numerous trainings, projects, and conferences and has authored a substantial body of scientific publications. He has also served as the Editor of the international scientific journal *Law and World*.
