The goal of cooperation is to facilitate the development of qualified education in the field of medicine and implementation of joint projects. Cooperation between the Parties includes supporting research and practical activities of education program in the university, as well as providing students with the support of scientific, lecture and practical training, internships and production practices. David Cherkezishvili, rector of East European University and David Nadareishvili, Director of the Experimental Biomedicine Center signed the agreement. The ceremony was held at East European University, where the head of correspondent of the Georgian Academy of Sciences, I. Beridze’s Experimental Biomedicine Center’s Genome Structure and Function Laboratory Manager, EEU Professor Tengiz Zaalishvili and representatives of the East European University Administration attended the meeting.
