Representatives of East European University (EEU) visited the Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences in Athens from May 11–16, where students from EEU’s Master’s Program in Educational Research and Administration and Bachelor’s Program in Psychology are currently studying within the framework of the ERASMUS+ exchange program.
The EEU delegation at Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences (Athens, Greece) included the Dean of the Faculty of Education Sciences, Associate Professor Ketevan Aptarashvili, and the Senior Specialist of the Research and Development Department, Assistant Professor Natia Gegelashvili.
During the visit, EEU representatives held meetings with the administrative and academic staff of Panteion University. The parties agreed to expand the partnership between the universities and explore new opportunities for cooperation. Future plans for institutional partnership in the development of scientific and educational projects were also discussed. The EEU delegation also toured the university’s main and new campuses.
As part of the visit, members of the EEU delegation met with Eastern European University students who are studying at Panteion University for one semester during the 2025–2026 academic year under the Erasmus+ mobility program. They were introduced to the students’ learning process, as well as their academic and social integration at the university.
At Panteion University, where more than 20,000 students from different countries study, EEU students have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge, enhance their qualifications, and gain international experience in academic and professional fields of interest to them. This visit will contribute to strengthening EEU’s international integration and advancing cooperation between the universities both bilaterally and within the framework of the Erasmus+ program.
