Training – “The Role of Academic Staff in Planning and Development of the Educational Program” was organized by the East European University in Kakheti, “Park Hotel Tsinandali” on February 28-29, 2020.
The goal of the training was to introduce the textbook developed by the Quality assurance service of the University to the Academic staff. Also to discuss the development of objectives and learning outcomes of educational programs and curricula, students’ evaluation system. Besides the introduction of modern methods of teaching-learning and assessment in the field of medicine.
The first part of the training was dedicated to presentations, discussion in working groups and practical cases. The second part of the training was conducted in the panels. The training was closed with a discussion of the results of the panel work.
At the end of the two working days, the special dinner was held for the participants hosted by EEU and took part in a special tour to the Alexander Chavchavadze House-Museum.
