Dr. Dimitri Gegenava is an accreditation expert for higher education programs at the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement, a member of the Program Accreditation Council. He has been engaged in pedagogical, professional and research-scientific activities for years. He is the founder and director of the Davit Batonishvili Institute of Law, Vice-Rector of Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani Teaching University. He is also a member of the International Association of Constitutional Law (IACL), the International Society of Public Law (I-Con) and the International Consortium for Law and Religion Studies.

Dr. Dimitri Gegenava is the author and co-author of more than 25 scientific papers, translations, as well as several textbooks and monographs, speaker at numerous local and international conferences and participants of seminars. He is the editor of scientific journals as well.
