Dr. Lili Bibilashvili is the CEO of the consulting company HR Professional’s Guild and the founder of “The National Academy of Human Resources’’ (NAHR). She has many years of pedagogical and professional experience. She is the Head of the Master Program in Human Resource Management at the East European University, an expert of Accreditation and Authorization of Higher Education Programs of the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement, a member and representative of the European Association for People Management (EAPM) in Georgia. At the same time she is the author and presenter of the radio program “Commersant” – “Professionals with Lily Bibilashvili”.

Dr. Lili Bibilashvili is actively engaged in scientific research activities. She is the author of more than 10 scientific publications, active participant, speaker and organizer of numerous local and international conferences, scientific projects, workshops and seminars. The main direction of her research is human resource management.
