Dr. Irma Barbakadze is a director of the American High School, a member of the Faculty Council of Business and Engineering at East European University, an accreditation expert of International Schools (COGNIA / AdvancED), and a member of the Council of Authorization of General Education Institutions of the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement. She has many years of professional and pedagogical experience. In recent years she has held the position of Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at East European University. She has participated in international exchange programs within the framework of Erasmus + Mobility in various European universities.
Dr. Irma Barbakadze is actively involved in scientific research activities. She has received scientific grants from the US Embassy, LEPL-Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation, Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia. She is the author of up to 10 scientific publications and one monograph, an active participant in international and local seminars, conferences, scientific projects. The main direction of her research is education administration.
