Dr. Vardo Gvarjaladze is the Head of the Undergraduate Program in English Philology at East European University. She has many years of pedagogical and professional experience, including various higher education institutions of Georgia. She is a participant in international educational programs in the UK and US. Over the years, she has served for the American Councils for International Education under the “Open World” Program (USA, Jacksonville, Florida, St. Paul, Minnesota, Atlanta, Georgia, San Francisco).
Dr. Vardo Gvarjaladze is actively engaged in scientific research activities. She has participated in numerous local and international conferences / seminars and various professional development events. She is the author of up to 15 research papers and a grant holder from the American Councils for International Education for the “Bullyfree Classrooms” project, as well as a trainer in civic education.
