Irma Malatsidze is currently an assistant professor at East European University. Additionally, she serves as a mentor in the literacy program at the National Palace of Student Youth of Georgia and is the head of the readers’ club.

Previously, Irma Malatsidze worked as a consultant in inclusive education within the basic education program of USAID. She has undergone various training sessions, seminars, and courses, including the training organized by MAC Georgia on “Developmental Disabilities and Special Educational Needs.”

With extensive experience, Malatsidze has served as an editor in multiple publishing institutions. She has authored and co-authored numerous primary and supplementary textbooks, as well as educational resources.
