Dr. Lasha Tsertsvadze is the Deputy Chairman of the Tbilisi Arbitration Institute and the managing partner of Ltd. „FLS Full Legal Service“, a member of the Georgian Bar Association, an arbitrator and mediator between the European Business Association and the Arbitration Center. Since 2020 he has been a member of the Legal Committee of the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. From time to time he has worked in the Legal Committee of the Parliament of Georgia, at the Embassy of Georgia in the Federal Republic of Germany, at JSC Silk Road Bank as the Head of the litigation and enforcement support division.

Dr. Lasha Tsertsvadze is actively involved in advocacy and research activities. He is the co-author of the Corporate Law Course created “Specially for Judges”, author of the monograph “Directors’ Obligations”, Fellow of the Joachim Hertz Foundation, Author of International and Local Scientific Articles and co-author of the textbooks: Contract Law (USAID/JILEP) and Corporate Law (GIZ).
