Dr. Mikheil Tokmazishvili is a member of the Faculty Council of the Faculty of Business and Engineering of East European University. He has many years of pedagogical and professional experience. In recent years he has been the Head of Macroeconomic Division-Budget office, Parliament of Georgia, a member of the Board of the National Bank of Georgia, a “Сase Transcaucausus” expert, the World Bank Program Manager in Georgia, an expert and researcher of local and international organizations, including P. Gugushvili Institute of Economics.

Dr. Mikheil Tokmazishvili is actively involved in scientific research activties, participates in numerous local and international scientific conferences and projects. He is the author of more than 150 papers in the fields of business management, economic policy, Georgian economy, macroeconomics, international economics, finance and social reforms, published in Georgia, the USA, England, Poland, Sweden, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Lithuania, Turkey, Russia and Ukraine.
