Dr. Eka Jeladze is a researcher and a project development specialist at the Tallinn University, as well as a project manager at the National Assessment and Examinations Center. She has many years of experience in the field of education while working in the public and non-governmental sector. At various times she has been studying at Pennsylvania State University (USA), as well as at the Tallinn University (Estonia), where she received the academic degree of Doctor.

Dr. Eka Jeladze is actively engaged in scientific-research activities. She is the author of numerous international publications and a speaker at international scientific conferences, workshops and seminars on current issues of education. She is actively involved in professional development programs and international projects. She has undergone various professional development programs in international organizations.
