Shalva Machavariani is the Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs and the Chairman of the Dissertation Council of the Faculty of Business and Engineering at the East European University.  He has many years of pedagogical and professional experience. Throughout various years he held the position of the head of Investment Department of Scientific-Research Institute of Economics and Planning and the Reform Group of the Chancellery of the Government of Georgia; Senior Advisor to the Economic Commission of the Parliament of Georgia, Head of the ’’O’’ component of the World Banks’ Program „Higher Education Reform in Georgia’’. Co-Chair of the American University and George Mason University Program on ,,Economic Crime and Money Laundering in Georgia“, Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs at the Tbilisi State Institute of Foreign Economic Relations and Caucasus University.

Shalva Machavariani has a long-standing experience in scientific-research activities. He is a participant of 15 international scientific projects and supervisor of 6 international scientific projects. Scientific editor of up to 20 collection of scientific papers. Supervisor and scientific editor of Georgian translations’ projects of 4 global editions, author of 64 scientific publications and 2 inventions (patents). Organizer and moderator of numerous international and local scientific conferences, seminars, workshops. Awarded by an Order of Honor.

Vice Rector For Educational Program Development

Zviad Rogava is the Vice-Rector of East European University,  the Head of Master’s Degree Program in Law, an expert on accreditation of higher education programs at the Center for Education Quality Enhancement, and a member of the Union of Law Scientists. He has many years of professional and teaching experience, including extensive experience as an expert. He held senior positions in governmental and educational institutions. He is an expert in tax law and conducts training courses in tax law for public servants at the High School of Justice and the Training Center for Justice.

Zviad Rogava has extensive academic research experience. He is the author of Commentary on Georgian Tax Code (Textbooks 1 & 2) and numerous other textbooks, academic papers, and publications and has participated in scientific conferences, seminars, and workshops. He is a member of the Editorial Board of Eastern European University’s academic journal Collection of Scientific Papers.

Vice-Rector for Administrative Affairs of Educational Process

Rusudan Chikovani is the Vice-Rector for Administrative Affairs of Educational Process, member of Representative Council at the East European University. She has many years of professional and educational experience. In various years she was the head of the Department of Educational Process Management at the East European University, head of the Educational Department at the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Senior Specialist. She has a long-standing pedagogical experience.

Rusudan Chikovani is actively engaged in the research activities. She is an author of four scientific publications, member of the editorial board of the conference proceedings ,,European Integration Perspectives of Georgia’’ and Scientific Journal ,,Collection of Scientific Papers’’ of  East European University.

Member and participant of the organizing committee of numerous scientific conferences, workshops and seminars.

Vice-Rector in the field of Finance and IT Management

Vladimer Tukhareli is the Vice-Rector for Finance and Information Technology (IT) Management at East European University.  He has many years of professional experience. Currently, he is a financial advisor to “Iseko” LLC and “Bevrili Group” LLC. In recent years he held the position of CFO at various companies, including “Georgian Airways” LLC and “PA Consulting”. He was the director of “Skills Development and Assessment Center” LLC, Deputy Director of the LEPL “Technological Development Fund” and LEPL “Gudauri Development Fund” at the Tbilisi City Hall, as well as the Director of the “Real Estate Development Fund”. In different years he held leading positions in the Revenue Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia.
