At the initiative of the Psychological Counseling Center “Idilia” an online seminar titled “Bioenergetic Analysis” will be held on May 7 at 19:00.
Seminar topics:
- How the body is integrated into the psychotherapeutic process;
- The use of movement, breath, and voice in therapy;
- Establishing bodily contact and connection with the client;
- Application of these approaches with children and adolescents.
Speaker: Alberto Porras – certified psychotherapist, trainer, and supervisor accredited by the International Institute for Bioenergetic Analysis; MA in Psychology, University of the Basque Country.
Alberto Porras is also a member of the Basque Association for Bioenergetic Analysis. He works in San Sebastián with adults, children, and adolescents. He is an accredited health psychologist by the Basque Government.
He has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with difficulties in family relationships. He has been involved in academic research at the Child Protection Research Unit of the University of the Basque Country and is actively engaged in the training and supervision of professionals working in child protection services.
Target group: Psychologists, psychology students, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, specialists interested in body-oriented approaches, and professionals working with both children and adults.
