Tamar Matcharashvili holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree and is an Affiliated Associate Professor at the Faculty of Business and Engineering of the East European University. Since 2014, she has been working in the Administrative Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia.

Over the years, Tamar Matcharashvili has been actively engaged in academic and pedagogical activities. She is the author of approximately 30 scholarly publications, which have been published both in Georgia and internationally.

She has completed numerous professional development training programs, including “Information Technologies in Science,” “Digital Media Management and Copywriting Course” and “Social Media Law.”

Tamar Matcharashvili has participated in various international projects and conferences.
