Avtandil Gagnidze (Professor)

Professor at East European University, Dean of the Faculty of Business and Engineering, Head of BBA and MBA Programs, Dr. Avtandil Gagnidze has a strong academic background and over 30 years of lecturing experience in different universities both in Georgia and abroad. He has a PhD from Moscow Lomonosov State University. Dr. Gagnidze is School Evaluation Expert (CIS – Council of International Schools), DP Examiner (IB – International Baccalaureate), Rater (AP – Advanced Placement). He is an author of More than 90 Scientific and Methodological Publications. He has Managed and worked for Joint European Projects in France, Germany, England, Greece, Spain, Portugal. Also he worked for World Bank and several International Projects in Georgia.

Shalva Machavariani (Professor)

Vice-rector and professor at the East European University, Head of Bachelor’s English Language Programs for Doctoral and Business Administration in Business Administration; Candidate of Economic Sciences; Author of several manuals, participant and organizer of dozens of scientific conferences, seminars and research , more than 90 scientific publications, works and monographs.

Lili Bibilashvili (Professor)

Lili Bibilashvili is the Professor of the East Euroepan University, Head of Master Program – Human Resources Management. Ms. Lili Bibilashvili has gained her PHD in Social Sciences in Tbilisi State University, as well as MBA in J. MacRobinson Business School, Georgia State University, USA. Founder and executive director of the “HR Professionals Guild”; Organizer of more than 20 training, author of more than 5 publications, participant of numerous conference and forum.

Temur Maisuradze (Professor)

Professor at East European University, a permanent member of the Council of the Parliament, a permanent member of the Prime minister Council for Scientific Research and Innovation, the eighth member of the Parliament, Sector Economy and Economic Policy Committee Deputy Chairman. The author of monographs and scientific articles, participant of international forums and conferences.

Nino Beruashvili (Associate Professor)

Associate professor at East European University. PhD student (TSU) of management; Master of Psychology (TSU). Head of Prosecutor’s Office of Human Resources Management and Development Department.

Marina Lezhava (Associate Professor)

Associate Professor at East European University, Ms. Lezhava has gained her PHD in Business Administration. She is an author of various Scientific and Methodological Publications and has taken part in several international projects.

Associate Professor at East European University. He has gained his PHD in Physics and Mathematics. He has taken part in various scientific grant projects and international scientific forums. Mr. Sigua is an author of many scientific works, including the impact factor journals.

Nino Shoshitaishvili PhD (Associate professor)

Associate Professor at East European University. She was awarded MBA degree in International Business Management from Leicester University, United Kingdom. Shoshitaishvili holds Diploma in international business management form Institute of Commercial Management (ICM). She has lectured in several universities in Georgia.
Shoshitaishvili worked at Advertising Company Imperial-BBDO as Account Director, at Marco Polo/Sheraton Metechi Palace Hotel as Public Relations Manager and later Assistant Director of Marketing and Public Relations. Also she has been the Sales Manager and Certified Service Culture (Brand) Trainer at the Sheraton Metekhi Palace.

Kakhi Kakhaia (Associate Professor)

Associate Professor at East European University. Candidate of physics mathematics sciences (academic doctor). Author of several scientific publications and has many years of teaching experience.

Gela Grigolashvili (Associate Professor)

Associate Professor at East European University. PhD, direction of Business; Author of two monographs and a number of scientific articles. Participating in international and local conferences.

PhD in Business Management, Deputy Dean of Economics and Business Management School of St. Andrew the First Called Georgian University of Georgian Patriarchate. Author of numerous scientific works, participating in many international and local business symposiums and conferences.

Fatima Mamardashvili (Associate Professor)

Associate Professor at East European University, Doctor of Science (Agricultural Economics, the Swiss Technical University, Zurich, Switzerland). Assistant of Agricultural Economics Research Group (Swiss Technical University, Zurich, Switzerland 2008 – 2009). European Agricultural Economists (EAAE), International Association of Agricultural Economists (IAAE) and the Association of Environmental and Resource Economists (AERE) member. Author of numerous scientific articles and an international conference participant.

Bela Tinikashvili (Associate Professor)

PhD in Architecture. Associate professor at East European University, Head teacher at Georgian Technical University. Ms. Tinikashvili is a board member of Association of Architects of Georgia. She has around ten publications, has participated in national and international conferences.

Maia Dzidziguri (Associate Professor)

PhD in Architecture. Associate professor at East European University. Ms Dzidziguri instructs Introduction to Architecture, Theory and Fine Arts, History of Urbanistic and Theory. She has published over 10 scientific articles and 50 research papers, has been awarded several times and gained certificates.

Maia Javakhishvili (Associate Professor)

Associate professor at East European University. PhD in Architecture. Ms. Javakhishvili was an architect at “Arsi” Company, is a board member of Association of Architects and Urbanists of Georgia. She has published over 10 articles, has participated in various conferences, exhibitions, competitions. Ms. Javakhishvili has been rewarded in several international competitions.
