Ketevan Aptarashvili (Acting Head of the Department of Education)
Ketevan Aptarashvili is the Acting Head of the Department of Education of East European University. She is responsible for the effective management of the Department, including: development of student support services and student centered education, administration of the implementation of lifelong learning and professional development programs.

Ketevan Aptarashvili is also an authorization and Accreditation expert, Member of Higher education Council at the National Center for Education Quality Enhancement and is actively involved in the processes of education administration for many years.

Marine Chagelishvili-Urumashvili (Head of the Language Center)
Marine Chagelishvili-Urumashvili is the Head of the Language Center, a structural unit of the Department of Education of East European University. She is responsible for the effective management of the Center. Her responsibilities include:

  • Effective coordination of teaching of foreign languages in educational programs;
  • Continuous provision of information on the latest achievements and innovations in foreign language learning and teaching, as well as modern language teaching-methodology textbooks to the staff and the University library.
  • Determining the level of language proficiency of students wishing to enroll in the program and implementation of other activities such as trainings, public lectures, etc.;
  • Overseeing the translation process of the documents submitted to the Center.

 

       

Mariam Liklikadze (Head of The Center for Lifelong Learning and Student Services)
Mariam Liklikadze is the Head of the sub-structural unit of the Department of Education – The Center for Lifelong Learning and Student Services. She is responsible for the effective management of the Center, overseeing the planning and implementation of lifelong learning programs, developing relevant tools and guidelines for these programs/courses, and identifying their priority areas.
