In October 2026, East European University (EEU) welcomed Maurizio Tira, Vice-President of the European University Association (EUA), Professor at the University of Brescia, and President of the GARR Consortium in Italy.
As part of his visit, Professor Tira delivered a public lecture entitled “Planning and Land Management for Urban Dynamics.”
The lecture explored contemporary approaches to urban planning and land management, highlighting key challenges and opportunities related to urban development and changing urban dynamics.
The public lecture was attended by EEU students and staff and was followed by an interactive discussion with participants.
