East European University (EEU) is proud to announce the Erasmus + Scholarship Exchange Program Competition for the EEU students for the fall semester of the academic year 2025-2026 at Bucharest University of Economic Studies (duration of the fall semester: 01.10.2025-08.02.2026)
The exchange program is announced as an Erasmus+ program funded by the European Commission within the framework of International Credit Mobility (ICM), based on the partnership agreement between EEU and Bucharest University of Economic Studies.
EEU provides an opportunity for its students of the Business and Engineering faculty (Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD educational programs in Business Administration, Master’s program in Human Resources Management) to spend a fully funded semester of the academic year in Bucharest, gain the appropriate knowledge, and share unforgettable international experiences.
Erasmus + scholarship fully covers both tuition and travel expenses! The educational maintenance allowance is provided within the scope of the program! The monthly stipend for students is set to 800 Euros, with travel expenses in the amount of 300 Euros.
Scholarship Selection Process for Student Mobility:
- Candidates will be selected through an open competition.
- Deadlines for submission of documents: 16/04/2025 – 08/05/2025
The competition is open only to students with active status in EEU Bachelor, Master, and Doctoral programs in Business Administration as well as MA in Human Resources Management from the second year of study who speak English at least B2 level.
The selection process will be carried out in three stages:
- Check the documentation;
- Exam in English – 14/05/2025 (Sample Test);
- Interview – 16/05/2025.
A candidate who represents one of the following documents, will be free from the exam in English:
- Certificate of English language proficiency obtained in the last 2 years: (TOEFL, IELTS, or CAMBRIDGE);
- Certificate of study at the university abroad for at least 1 semester (where the language of instruction was English).
Application Documents
Students who would like to participate in the competition must submit the following documents:
- Application Form (enclosed);
- Statement;
- Motivation letter;
- Copy of passport (in the absence of a passport, or ID card);
- CV (European format in English);
- Certificate of student status;
- Extract current concerning reference to GPA;
- Proof of English language proficiency (minimum B2 level) (if any);
- Letter of recommendation.
Students who would like to participate in the competition must submit the following documents to the University from April 16 to May 8 of the current year at the International Relations Department of EEU (Room 102) from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., or at the e-mail address: international@eeu.edu.ge
