Psychology and Neuroscience Research Center is a structural research unit of the University, which aims to carry out various types of analytical and scientific work using modern neurotechnological and biometric equipment and thus the development of psychology as a science in Georgia; making innovative findings, conducting international innovative and joint research and raising the scientific status of Georgia in the world;
At the base of the center in 2019 was established Laboratory Z and was equipped with high-tech behavior and neuro-marketing research equipment upon its establishment. In the first stage, the center’s staff was trained by European experts to use the above-mentioned equipment and tools, and high-tech equipment was adapted to the center’s activities. To date, the Center has implemented up to 10 research projects and is currently implementing two research projects. An important factor in achieving the goals of the center is the introduction of psychology educational programs at the university and active involvement in the activities of the student center.
