Mr. Zurab Bezhashvili is a doctoral student of the law program at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. Since 2020 he has been a legal expert on copyright issues at EUIPO, since 2019 he has been the Executive Director of the Anti-Piracy Center of Georgia, and is a member of Committee of Intellectual Property Law at Georgian Bar Association. He is a founder of GMI Rights Management. Till present he is an advisor to the Director of CAVEA Cinemas on copyright protection.

Mr. Zurab Bezhashvili is engaged in pedagogical and educational activities, the author of the paper: “The role of governing organizations on a collective basis of property rights in the field of copyright protection.” He is also a participant of numerous workshops, conferences, international projects and members of organizing groups.
