Lali Chagelishvili-Agladze is a Doctor of Economic Sciences and an Affiliated Professor at East European University. She has been actively engaged in scientific and pedagogical activities for many years. Over different periods, she has participated in numerous international and academic projects. She is a member of several scientific associations and serves on the editorial boards of both international and local academic journals.

For many years, she has been actively involved in the field of quality assurance in higher education. Currently, she serves as Deputy Head of the Quality Assurance Service at East European University, and since 2020, she has been a member and expert of the Higher Education Sectoral Councils of the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement (NCEQE).

Lali Chagelishvili-Agladze has been awarded the Presidential Award for her high professionalism, productive scientific-pedagogical and public activities, and for her active participation in implementing reforms in the field of education.
