Dr. Gia Liluashvili is the Director of the International Research Center for Common Law and Democracy, a member of the Scientific-Advisory Council at the Legal Issues Committee of the Parliament of Georgia, the founder and member of the Board of the Union of Law Scientists. He has many years of pedagogical and professional experience. For the past few years he has been a Visiting Professor at Boston Northeastern University School of Law.
Dr. Gia Liluashvili is actively engaged in scientific research activities. He intensively participates in local or international scientific-practical conferences, scientific-research projects. He has received local and international grants at various times. He has published about 40 publications, several monographs and textbooks. His main areas of research are civil, procedural, contractual, corporate and labor law of Georgia, USA, Germany, Bulgaria and Russia, as well as European and international labor law. He is awarded the Medal of Honor.
