VEFKHVIA GRIGALASHVILI (Associate Professor)    

Vefkhvia Grigalashvili is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences at East European University. He holds a PhD degree in Public Administration. He possesses extensive professional and pedagogical experience, having previously held positions at the Ministry of Defense of Georgia and the Ministry of Economy of Georgia. Additionally, he has served as an Expert at the School of Defense Institutional Development.

He has completed numerous professional development courses. His professional growth has been further supported by engagements with prominent international organizations, including the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defense Centre of Excellence, NATO Joint Analysis and Lessons Learned Centre (JADL), the Council of Europe HELP Programme, the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP), and the NATO Centre of Excellence for Defense Against Terrorism.

Vefkhvia Grigalashvili is the author of several international publications with contributions to several prestigious international journals, including the „International Journal of Scientific and Management Research“ (India), „International Journal of Innovative Technologies in Economy“ (Poland), „Reports of European Academic Research“ (Germany), „Test Engineering and Management“ (USA), „Online Journal Modeling the New Europe“ (Romania), and „World Science“ (United Arab Emirates).

He is also an active participant in numerous international conferences, reflecting his engagement with the global academic community.
