On January 15, 2026, East European University (EEU) hosted an on-campus information session with representatives of the organization “Aisi aus Georgien”, a company that facilitates summer employment opportunities for Georgian students in Germany.
The session was led by Khatuna Bakradze, Director of Aisi aus Georgien in Georgia, and Fikria Bakradze, the company’s representative in Germany. During the event, the speakers introduced the organization, its mission, and its role in supporting Georgian students in accessing employment opportunities in Germany through international student work programmes.
Representatives of the company presented detailed information about the summer student employment programme, including:
-
the structure and purpose of the programme
-
eligibility criteria for participation
-
employment sectors available to students
-
working conditions and expected responsibilities
-
salary and accommodation arrangements
Students also learned about the application process and the support provided by the organization throughout the employment programme.
During the session, the company representatives emphasized that the programme provides equal opportunities for students to participate in international employment experiences. Students selected for the programme receive pre-departure training in Georgian and German, delivered by both Georgian and German representatives of the organization. These training sessions are designed to prepare students for the work environment and help them adapt successfully to the new cultural and professional context.
The event concluded with an interactive discussion, during which students had the opportunity to ask questions and receive additional information about employment opportunities in Germany through the company’s programme.
