Dr. Ioseb Mamukelashvili is an Affiliated Professor at East European University. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) and brings extensive professional and managerial experience to his academic work. Since 2020, he has been the Chief Financial Officer at “Development Fund Of Georgia.”

He has previously been a member of the Supervisory Board of JSC “Panex,” a construction materials manufacturing company, and served as the Financial Manager at LLC “Clinics Development Company.” From 2015 to 2016, he was the Financial Director of JSC “Aero-Structure Technologies (Cyclone)” (ATC), a factory producing composite structural components and parts for civil aircraft. Since March of 2023, he has been the Member of the Supervisory Board of the above-mentioned company.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics from Randolph-Macon College in Virginia, U.S.A. and in 2010 – a master’s degree from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce with a financial reporting and assurance specialization.

He is an active participant in numerous conferences and projects and is the author of multiple publications.
