Administrative Staff

Nato Alavidze is the Dean of the Faculty of Healthcare Sciences at East European University. She is responsible for the effective administration of the faculty and for ensuring the quality implementation of educational and scientific activities.

In addition, Nato Alavidze is an expert in higher education program accreditation and institutional authorization at the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement. She is a member of AMEE (Association for Medical Education in Europe), a member of the Council of the Georgian Pharmacists Association and Head of its Imereti Regional Department, a member of the Georgian Respiratory Association, and the founder of the NNLE “Doctor and Society’’

       

Elene Zurabishvili is the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Healthcare Sciences at East European University and the Head of the Clinical and Practical Skills Development Center. She also holds the position of Assistant Professor at the faculty and is actively engaged in both academic and research activities.

Since 2019, Elene Zurabishvili has been practicing as a doctor Endocrinologist. In 2024, she was appointed as an expert at the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement.

She has completed numerous international and local professional development trainings in clinical endocrinology and medical education, including courses offered by the International Association for Health Professions Education (AMEE) on esential skills in medical education and assessment in medical education.
