Lia Zazashvili (Associate Professor)

Lia Zazashvili is a Doctor and an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of East European University. She has extensive academic, teaching, and professional experience in the field of higher education.

Her research interests encompass human resource management, professional and organizational development, and higher education studies. Dr. Zazashvili is the author of numerous international scientific publications and a presenter at international academic conferences. Her research focuses on the professional development of academic staff, mechanisms for enhancing qualifications, the role of personnel training in improving organizational performance, and contemporary professional development systems in the public sector.

Alongside her academic work, Dr. Zazashvili is actively engaged in continuous professional development and regularly participates in advanced training programmes. She has completed a number of specialized courses in human resource management, contemporary teaching and learning methodologies, and practical art therapy. In addition, she serves as the Lead Instructor of the Psychodynamic Modality at the Center for Psychotherapy and International Education.
