George Lotishvili, PhD in Architecture from the Georgian Technical University, is an Associate Professor at East European University. With over 20 years of professional experience in architectural planning and construction regulations, he began his career in 2001.
He specializes in expert planning assessment of architectural projects, supporting architects and design teams in identifying and resolving planning deficiencies while optimizing design solutions. He possesses unique expertise in integrating architectural practice with modern technologies, including IT and programming, and is the author and director of an architectural certification program.
In addition to his professional practice, George Lotishvili is actively engaged in academic research. His work focuses on the urban environment, identifying urban planning challenges and developing methodologies to address them. He also conducts research in theoretical physics and has authored numerous publications in both local and international peer-reviewed journals.
